Portal Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Portal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems, and partner systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, knowledge of the personal and general insurance industry, and proficiency in various data platforms.
Responsibilities would include:
- Perform data collection and entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Utilize the Broker Management System and Company Portals to manage data effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data handling and confidentiality.
- Regularly update existing records and verify the accuracy of information entered into systems.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal insurance data entry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including database management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative support functions is advantageous.
